One of them is the "green light" given by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources to BKI regarding the inspection body for electric power engineering. “Not only in classification or statutory surveys, but now BKI is strengthening its existence in the energy and industrial inspection business. With the accreditation certificate from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, it will become a reference for BKI in the future so that it can be more developed," said M. According to Cholil, that the appointment of BKI as the Inspection Body for Electrical Power Engineering by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources further demonstrates BKI competence to be ready in the TIC sector competition (testing inspection certificate), as well as in the future BKI can issue an Operational Eligibility Certificate / Sertifikat Laik Operasi (SLO). "SLO itself is a certificate that must be fulfilled to ensure that the installation of electricity supply and utilization is safe, reliable and environmentally friendly. This certification is important and very much needed before a company starts operating the plant or production process," he said.
