Jakarta, November 25, 2025 – As global sustainability demands continue to reshape business landscapes, the need for leaders equipped to navigate the green transition is more critical than ever. Responding to this challenge, Neyen Consulting and PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) (BKI), through the inFUSE initiative, hosted an Executive Workshop titled “Navigating Sustainability, Risk, and Opportunity in a Changing World” at the Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta.

The event was opened by R. Agus Doddy Dwisagita, BKI’s Director of Finance, Risk Management & Business Support, and featured remarks from Miguel Rescalvo, Managing Partner of Neyen Consulting. The workshop also welcomed Prof. Ricardo G. Barcelona, Fellow of the Energy Institute (London) and the Asian Institute of Management, as the keynote expert, and Djoko Siswanto, Head of SKK Migas, as a special guest.
Designed for C-level executives and senior strategic leaders, the workshop provided an in-depth understanding of how global risks, emerging opportunities, and sustainability imperatives shape Indonesia’s industrial direction. The insights shared are expected to strengthen decision-making processes across both the private and public sectors, supporting improved governance, resource efficiency, and environmentally responsible business practices.
Participants also engaged in interactive discussions and real-world case studies, enabling them to contextualize challenges and develop strategic responses tailored to evolving industry needs. As part of the knowledge-enhancement series, an optional in-person session with Prof. Barcelona was offered to provide deeper academic and practical perspectives on sustainability management.
This workshop marks a concrete step in advancing Indonesia’s leadership capacity in the face of global uncertainty, industry transformation, and growing sustainability expectations. By equipping leaders with strategic and forward-looking competencies, the initiative aims to support more adaptive, responsible, and long-term decision-making across the national industrial landscape.
