PT IDSurvey (Persero) has announced the opening of a tender for three work packages for the implementation of a Single Platform Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within the IDSurvey Group. This strategic project aims to integrate operational systems across all entities.

The three offered work packages are as follows:

1. Procurement of Supervisory Services for the IDSurvey Single Platform ERP Implementation. This package seeks a company with expertise and experience in the supervision or implementation of Oracle EBS ERP.
   

2. Procurement of Cloud Infrastructure. This tender is intended for information technology companies experienced in the implementation of Oracle EBS ERP.
   

3. Procurement of License & Technology Modules and Implementor for the Single Platform ERP. This main package is aimed at companies in the field of Information Technology system implementation with a successful track record in handling licensing, technology, and implementation of Oracle EBS ERP.
   

Registration for prospective bidders for all three packages will be opened simultaneously on:

Day/Date: Monday-Wednesday / 13-15 October 2025

Time: 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM (Western Indonesia Time)

Venue: Main Building, 6th Floor, Procurement, General Affairs & Asset Management Division of PT. Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero), Jl. Yos Sudarso No. 38-40 Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta.

Prospective participants must be a legal entity and possess a Business License Certificate (SIUP/NIB), as well as the company's deed of establishment and its amendments. Applicants are required to submit a letter of application to participate in the tender and bring a power of attorney if the registration is done by a representative. After document verification by the committee, participants can proceed with the company's legality registration through the website vms.bki.co.id.
