PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) (BKI), is the lead of the State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Survey Services Holding (IDSurvey), organized the 2025 Mudik Bersama BUMN program, an annual Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSR) initiative from the Ministry of SOEs under the theme “Mudik Bersama BUMN.”
This year’s departure took place on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at Pasar Senen Station and continued on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at BKI’s Head Office. A total of five buses carried around 300 passengers from communities around the office to destinations including Malang, Surabaya, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surakarta/Solo, and Wonogiri.
Mudik Bersama BUMN has become a routine program of SOEs, reflecting their commitment to continuously deliver benefits for the Indonesian people. Minister of SOEs Erick Thohir highlighted that the program aligns with President Prabowo Subianto’s vision of providing better public services.
“For the Ministry of SOEs, this initiative is similar to policies such as reducing airfare prices or adding train carriages, all aimed at making it easier for people to reunite with their families,” Erick explained.
In his remarks, BKI’s Director of Institutional Relations emphasized the cultural and social significance of the program:
“Homecoming is not merely a journey back home. It is a meaningful moment to return to our roots, gather with family, and rekindle togetherness that may have been hindered by distance and daily routines.”
As a company with a core business in safety assurance, BKI worked closely with relevant parties to ensure safe travel. This included comprehensive vehicle inspections (ramp checks), assessment of transport crew readiness, and verification of supporting infrastructure.
Mr. Andry Tanudjaja concluded by stressing the broader impact of the initiative:
“We believe this program contributes to reducing traffic congestion, lowering the risk of road accidents, and creating a safer, more organized homecoming flow.”
