Jakarta, October 28, 2025 — IDSurvey Group, in collaboration with Ary Ginanjar University (UAG University), has awarded educational scholarships to five outstanding students through its Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program. This initiative reflects IDSurvey’s ongoing commitment to nurturing future leaders with strong character, integrity, and global competitiveness—supporting Indonesia’s vision of a Golden Indonesia 2045.

The scholarship award ceremony was held at the Ary Ginanjar University campus, Menara 165, South Jakarta, and attended by IDSurvey Group management, including R. Agus Doddy Dwi Sagita, Director of Finance, Risk Management & Business Support at PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero), and Wahyu Witjaksono, Acting Director of Human Resources at PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero), along with their respective management teams.
The event also welcomed Dyah Utami Aryanti, Rector of Ary Ginanjar University, the ESQ Corp leadership team, lecturers, and members of the academic community.

In her opening remarks, Rector Dyah Utami Aryanti expressed appreciation for the collaboration between industry and academia.

“This TJSL program is more than financial support—it represents synergy and trust in shaping future leaders with integrity and a balance of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence,” she said.

Through its partnership with ESQ Corp and UAG University, IDSurvey Group continues to strengthen the link between education and industry. The collaboration promotes The UAG Way—an educational approach designed to develop balanced intellectual (IQ), emotional (EQ), and spiritual (SQ) intelligence to produce well-rounded, globally competitive leaders.

During the event, R. Agus Doddy Dwi Sagita emphasized that the scholarship program embodies IDSurvey’s dedication to empowering Indonesia’s youth through education.

“This initiative underscores our commitment to supporting the younger generation to continue striving for excellence. We encourage UAG students to make the most of this opportunity as they prepare for future professional and global challenges,” he said.

He also shared that IDSurvey is exploring further collaborations with Ary Ginanjar University, including internship programs that will enable students to gain hands-on industrial experience.

“We hope to expand this partnership into internship opportunities so that students can complement theoretical knowledge with practical learning from professionals,” he added.

In addition to academic achievement, Mr. Doddy highlighted the importance of developing soft skills such as communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and teamwork—qualities essential for success in the professional world. He cited the example of Hanif, a UAG alumnus currently employed at IDSurvey, as a testament to the value of character and competence in career development.

Meanwhile, Wahyu Witjaksono, Acting Director of Human Resources at PT Surveyor Indonesia, reiterated IDSurvey’s role in advancing character-based education.

“This program demonstrates IDSurvey’s social responsibility in supporting education and character development in Indonesia. We hope the scholarship recipients will make the most of this opportunity—and perhaps even join IDSurvey in the future,” he said.

He further noted that strong character is one of the key attributes companies seek when recruiting young professionals.
