PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) welcomed a courtesy call from the General Manager of Türk Loydu, the Turkish classification society, on Monday, July 14, 2025, at BKI Head Office in Jakarta.

The visit aimed to strengthen bilateral relations between the two classification societies and their respective countries, while also exploring opportunities for strategic cooperation in ship classification, industrial certification, and human resource development. During the meeting, both parties discussed potential technical collaborations and institutional capacity-building through knowledge and experience exchange.

This engagement also marked an important step in expanding BKI’s international cooperation network and reinforcing its role as Indonesia’s National Classification Society with global competitiveness.
Through this visit, BKI and Türk Loydu are expected to foster closer relations in supporting the advancement of both national and international maritime industries.
