Jakarta, July 2026 — PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) (BKI) delivered strong financial performance in 2025 while advancing its corporate transformation amid the restructuring of Indonesia's State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) ecosystem through the Badan Pengelola Investasi Daya Anagata Nusantara (Danantara).

The milestone marks an important phase in BKI's transformation, reinforcing its business fundamentals, improving operational efficiency, and creating greater long-term value for shareholders and stakeholders.

The strengthening of the SOE ecosystem through Danantara also provides BKI with greater strategic focus as an independent business entity. With a more streamlined governance structure, the company is sharpening its focus on its core strengths in ship classification and statutory services while expanding its capabilities across the TICCS (Testing, Inspection, Certification, Consultancy, Classification, and Statutory) sector.

This strategic direction has translated into stronger operational performance and sustained business growth throughout 2025, despite the ongoing transformation of the national SOE landscape.

For the full year, BKI recorded revenue of IDR 1.5 trillion, representing a 13.6% year-on-year increase from IDR 1.3 trillion in 2024. Core operating profit grew 27.67%, reflecting continued improvements in operational efficiency and profitability.

The company's operating profit margin also strengthened from 19.44% to 21.84%, while cash flow from operating activities increased by 51.76%, highlighting BKI's growing ability to generate healthy cash flow from its core operations.

As the company continues to strengthen its independent business development strategy, BKI has further enhanced resource utilization and operational efficiency. Its operating cash efficiency ratio improved from 15.38% to 20.54%, demonstrating greater value creation from every rupiah of revenue while reinforcing overall operational performance.

These achievements provide a solid foundation for BKI to accelerate its transformation within Indonesia's evolving SOE ecosystem. Supported by stronger business fundamentals and a sharper strategic direction, the company is well positioned to expand into high-growth sectors and capture long-term business opportunities.
