Tangerang, May 20, 2026 — PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) (BKI) participated in the 50th Indonesian Petroleum Association Convention and Exhibition (IPA Convex) 2026, held at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD, Tangerang. As part of the event, BKI signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Aceh Oil and Gas Management Agency (BPMA) to explore collaboration in classification, testing, inspection, certification, and statutory services for the upstream oil and gas sector.

The MoU was signed in the presence of BKI President Director R. Benny Susanto and BKI management, alongside BPMA Head Nasri Djalal. The agreement marks an important step toward strengthening cooperation in support of operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable development within Indonesia’s upstream energy industry.

In addition to the signing ceremony, BKI’s President Director and management visited the IDSurvey exhibition booth, highlighting BKI’s role as part of the IDSurvey holding and its commitment to fostering stronger collaboration across the national testing, inspection, and certification ecosystem.
