To strengthen employee awareness and knowledge on the importance of road safety, PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero), as part of PT IDSurvey (Persero), organized a Safety Talk Session Series with the theme “Safety Riding.” The hybrid event took place at Aula Bhinneka, PT BKI (Persero) Jakarta, on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, starting at 1:00 PM.

This program forms part of BKI’s continuous efforts to instill a strong safety culture across the organization. With the increasing mobility of employees in both operational and daily activities, understanding road safety has become essential. Through this initiative, the company aims to ensure that all BKI personnel are well-prepared to protect themselves and others during every journey.

The session featured FX Sonny Susmana BP, a professional safety driving practitioner with extensive experience in delivering road safety training to corporations and government institutions. Participants gained valuable insights into key aspects of safe driving, including vehicle readiness, driver fitness, and anticipatory driving techniques to mitigate potential hazards on the road. The session also highlighted the importance of cultivating responsible, ethical, and environmentally conscious driving behavior to help create a safe and orderly traffic ecosystem.

In addition to the in-class session, the event included a hands-on safety riding practice held in front of the BKI Mosque. Under the direct supervision of professional instructors, participants applied the techniques they had learned in real-life scenarios, enhancing their practical skills in controlling vehicles safely and recognizing potential risks on the road.
