"We, the Board of Worker Union are ready to become the employer’s partner and ready to escort efforts for better employee benefits," said the Chairman of the BKI Worker Union Taufik Arie Wijaya in his speech in the signing of the Collective Labor Agreement with BKI Management on 26 March 2015 at BKI Head Office, Jakarta. This agreement was signed by BKI Worker Union Chairman and BKI President Director Rudiyanto and was witnessed by the Director General of Industrial Relations, Labor and Social Security of Ministry of Employment Irianto Simbolon.

"The relationship between the Labor Union and BKI Management can be described as husband and wife, each should serve one another and work together to create a harmonious family," said Taufik. BKI President Director Rudiyanto in his speech congratulated union leaders who have successfully completed the concept of this Collective Labor Agreement. "Congratulations to the union leaders and the corporate negotiators team that has managed to conclude this Collective Labor Agreement and made BKI history with the signing of this Agreement, I hope the Worker Union can be a management partner in improving performance and achievement of corporate goals," said Rudiyanto. "If you mentioned that the relations between Worker Union and management is just like husband and wife, the most important is each know their rights and obligations, not only demanding rights. Rights will be offered if the obligation has been fulfilled," added Rudiyanto.

Meanwhile, Director General of Industrial Relations and Social Security Labor Simbolon irianto in his speech said that the success of CLA assessed from an increase in the welfare of employees. "The success of the CLA can be seen from whether there is an increase in the welfare of employees, so after the entry into force of this first CBA expires next two years, we'll see if there is an increase in the welfare of employees who said Mr. CEO has this good enough to be even better," said Director General of HI Social Security.

BKI Workers Union was founded in 2003 and was finally 12 years later managed to put together and signed a Joint Working Agreement with BKI Management.
