BKI President Director Rudiyanto received an award from the Minister of Labor Affairs Muhammad Hanif Dhakiri on the Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Campaign event entitled "Safety is My Life" held in conjunction with the Car Free Day at the Hotel Indonesia roundabout junction, Jakarta, Sunday, March 1, 2014. The award was given as a symbol of appreciation to the SMK3 audit services company supporting the success of this K3 campaign event.

Minister of Labor Affairs in his speech said that the number of workplace accidents in Indonesia is still quite high and should be lowered in the future with increasing the public awareness. "The number of occupational accidents in Indonesia is still high, in 2014 alone there were 102,000 cases of occupational accidents, with 2,400 victims of fatal casualty lost their life. This figure is still high, I hope in the future this high number will not be happened again. Through this K3 campaign we try to raise public awareness about the importance of occupational health and safety, "said Hanif.

The K3 socialization event was opened with a fun walk from the location of Arjuna Wijaya statue at the roundabout junction of Jalan MH Thamrin and Merdeka Square to the stage located beside the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hotel Indonesia roundabout area. The event then continued with aerobic exercise together, the awards, and ended with stage entertainment. **
